How to retrieve lost bags
Ive noticed recently people in this and the other breeze channel have had issues with lost baggage, i work in aviation and I can assure you if you just follow these steps all of your lost baggage will be retrieved
Once you've noticed your baggage and or items have been lost, find your nearest GSA (Guest Services Agent) and alert them of possible lost bags
Have the GSA contact a ramp agent to make sure it was not left in the plane or carts
If your items are not to be found, give the GSA your flight info for example: (PIT - LAS) (MX000) And your first and last name, and tell them if you had a connection flight or thru flight so they can contact all the airports the items may have been left left at
The bags will almost always be located and will be sent to your local airport
The bags will either be shipped to your house or you can pick it up, if you pick it up then you will have to have an ID present to prove you are the rightful owner
