Bioherbicide effectiveness?

Bioherbicide effectiveness?

Has anyone have any experience with bio herbicides mainly those containing Nonanoic acid?

Are they as good as Glyphosate 360?

I haven’t really used any herbicides so needing some advice based on experience.

I have some oyster plant that I’ve excavated but also wants to make sure those I missed die down to the roots. And also other weeds like Calla Lilly and spider plants that just won’t go away.

Or am I better off with glyphosate?

Thanks in advance.

Rapoo MT760 Pro Issues

I have purchased this for a good price and it has the feel and features I want in a mouse to use with my MacBook Air.

I have only wanted to use this via Bluetooth and only been using it through that but I have been having issues where as it doesn’t seem to get recognise after having it on standby the next day on my Mac. I had to remove the old registered mouse and pair it back again like a new mouse even though it is the same channel.

Today I also was using it and after briefly not clicking it for a few seconds, it stopped responding. The led light also turned off so I had to switch back to off and back to Bluetooth for it to power on again.

It is running the latest firmware.

Thinborne Case Review for iPhone 17 Pro! Red looks 🔥

Just got a Thinborne case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I’ve always been curious about super-thin aramid cases without a bumper, since I usually go for ones with full bumper frames.

This is also my first Thinborne accessory!

I picked up the Royal Crimson one, and my first impression: it feels insanely light!! It honestly feels like using the phone without a case, but with added grip from the textured aramid fiber. So far, I’m actually really liking it.

It does come with a glass screen protector in the box, but I didn’t use it since I recently installed a heavy-duty glass protector from Benks.

Pros:

  • Super lightweight
  • No sharp edges
  • Bottom frame fully covers the speakers and USB port
  • Screen protector included
  • Strong magsafe
  • Tight fit

Cons:

  • Price. I guess you do have to incorporate pricing of the glass screen protector but I still find them pricier than competition
  • A couple of loose fibers around the camera area
  • Minimal protection (though that’s expected for this type of case, and I knew that going in)

For my first Thinborne product, there was a tiny bit of disappointment regarding the couple loose fibres. At this price point, I expected better craftsmanship. I did raise this with Thinborne, and they said they’ll pass it on to their manufacturer for investigation. They are quite responsive which is always great. And it does seem like the fibres won't get any worse.

In all honesty, I didn't expect to like this set up (and even my colour choice) but I might actually end up with this as my daily for now. I'd still probably swap out to a case with a tpu frame if I know I'd be out doing more active stuff just for safety.

Also, the crimson red looks darker when used indoors, it sort of looks maroon so it is not super out there red which I actually like.

VIDEO: I posted a 360 video here so you can have a proper look of the case in indoor lighting and where to purchase cheaper. Reddit won't allow me to upload vids with the photos: https://x.com/i/status/2053700401212563859 (Pricing seems better on their Amazon page which I included on X link above)

Has anyone else tried Thinborne or something similar? Curious to hear your experience! Also happy to answer any questions!

Here I am again… another month another case. I swear I’m obsessed with phone accessories 😂

Recently picked up this clean-looking case called the Montage ArmorPro from Benks. I’m a sucker for that minimal look, and I’ve always liked the Kevlar feel on the back, which is a weird soft but smooth texture. I’ve used their ArmorGrid before and it was my go-to for ages.

Protection-wise, it’s solid. The front has a nice raised TPU bumper that feels rigid (not loose at all), the buttons have a nice metal contrast and feel super clicky, and the camera bar is raised. There’s also extra TPU on the bottom at the back corners, which gives me a bit more peace of mind. I do slap a cheap clear sticker over the camera plateau to avoid scratches—just grabbed one off AliExpress.

Lately I’ve been spending more time outdoors, so the timing was perfect when they released their heavy-duty glass protector called the OmniWarrior. They claim it’s super scratch/wear resistant with reinforced edges. I’ve previously used their Sapphire one (GlassWarrior), which honestly had some of the best clarity and nicest curved edges I’ve tried.

Happy to report there’s no rainbow effect with polarized sunglasses (looking at you, Spigen EZ Fit). Clarity is basically on par with the GlassWarrior. Installation isn’t quite as foolproof as the ESR Armorite kit, but it’s still decent. One thing I wish it has was the anti-reflective properties they have on the S26 Ultra screen protectors.

Overall, really happy with how it looks and feels.

Great combo if you want something clean but still well protected.

📷 Added: Posted on my x a short video link to show 360 view of the case and more info where I got it from on special! https://x.com/i/status/2050440734256566448 (video posted as response to this tweet)
