PCOS and being vegetarian
Hi guys,
Is anyone here with insulin resistance PCOS mainly vego? I eat chicken and seafood here and there but I really don’t enjoy it as much. I am struggling a little bit as to what to eat. I’ve been eating tofu but there’s only so much tofu you can eat. Beans, lentils etc are high in carbs so I try to limit them but it’s leaving me low in options.
Please tell me your recipes and I welcome any other suggestions! 💕
