Announcement and Compensation for Building Anomaly Issues in the Build Challenge 🔨🏠✨
Baboo, D.G.Members,
During the Build Challenge, we discovered that under certain circumstances, some D.G. Members were incorrectly flagged by the system as 'leaving the team,' causing furnitures and building materials belonging to those D.G. Members to be automatically removed by the system, resulting in abnormal missing structures.
As of 06:30 (UTC-5) on May 19, we've fixed this issue. We extend our sincerest apologies to all affected D.G. Members.
Considering that this abnormal issue has affected the progression and gameplay experience of D.G. Members participating in the Build Challenge, to compensate for your losses and allow sufficient time to continue perfecting your architectural works, we will make the following adjustments and compensations:
[Build Challenge Duration Extension]
To give D.G. Member enough time to continue perfecting their precious works participating in the Build Challenge, the event time will be extended by one week:
The Build Challenge creation period end time has been extended from the originally scheduled May 23, 6:00 to May 30, 6:00 (SVT)
The Build Challenge exhibition and judging periods will be extended accordingly:
(1) Exhibition period: May 30, 6:00 to June 13, 6:00 (SVT)
(2) Judging period: June 13, 6:00 to June 27, 6:00 (SVT)

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by this anomaly, and will issue the following compensation to all D.G. Members:
Compensation: Moonlight Crystal ×200, Fresh Sprout ×1,000
How to Claim: We will send the compensation via in-game mail. Please claim it from your mailbox before June 6, 08:59 (UTC-5).

For D.G. Members who encountered the 'building loss' issue during the Build Challenge before the update on May 19, 06:30 (UTC-5) (including teammates), we will provide targeted compensation.

How to Claim: The engineers will send the above compensation via in-game mail within 10 business days. The email will be valid for 14 days. Please keep an eye out for follow-up email notifications.
