Is my weight transfer on my forehand wrong?

Video is of a recent match, I'm the guy w/ the headband on the near side. I know I have a lot to work on in my game, but specifically wanted feedback on my forehand footwork / weight transfer. 

In my head, what I'm doing is loading my right leg and then firing the hips. But then when I watch the video back, it seems like on almost every forehand my left leg is popping up, and I'm not sure if this is wrong. I've seen people in this sub cite that it's a counter rotation technique, but it does also seem like my weight is sometimes shifting backward rather than forward...

Is there an issue with my technique? And if so, how do I fix it?
