Is caddy wet for the entire video

I watched the first 5-10 min of the video and Caddicarus is covered in what looks like spit and it's really really gross, I'm really sensitive to things like that since I'm really sensory oriented and hate anything with a slimy/spit texture. For anyone who's watched the video, is he covered like this the entire time? I want to watch this video but I don't know if I can if he looks like that for so long :(
