What’s the best content calendar tool for people who hate project management apps?

I’ve hit a wall. Up until a couple of months ago, I was mostly just focusing on YouTube long-form. But recently I started repurposing everything into Shorts/TT/Reels + trying to post on LinkedIn.

Right now, my planning system is a messy combination (Apple Notes/random Google Sheets tabs...). I lost track of what was scheduled where.

I know there are a million apps out there claiming to be the best content calendar tool (I know Planable, Buffer, Loomly, etc), but some of them look like they were built for massive corporate marketing teams. idk

People who running solo 3+ platforms - what are you using to stay organized?

Guys help me with the best social media planner tools for agencies managing multiple client accounts?

Our boutique agency just took on 4 new clients this month, which brings us to 14 active brands total across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta. Up until now, we’ve been hacking together Notion calendars and Meta Business Suite, but it’s becoming an absolute nightmare to manage it all.

We desperately need to move to a dedicated stack. What are the best social media planner tools for agencies managing multiple client accounts that scale without charging an arm and a leg per seat?

Our main priorities:

  1. Easy client approval workflows (so clients don't mess up drafts)
  2. Multi-account visual calendar
  3. Reliable auto-publishing (especially for IG Reels & TikTok)
  4. Solid reporting that doesn't take 5 hours to export

Would love to hear what you are using right now!
