Hi all, I just got the prescription from my doctor to will start take Wegovy soon. I have read through a lot of the success story here, I was wondering for those who lost over 50lbs, do you guys do any exercise? If so how much and what kind of exercise is recommended to maxium the result？ I am excited to join the Wegovy journey with you all :)
