Hello, I live in north Seattle where there are no sidewalks and have a question about parking and property lines. I also don’t live in a house. I’m in an apartment building

Where can I park? Is it the side of the road? Because that just feels like in someone’s yard, is the first 4 feet or so in still city property?

Where can my dog go to the bathroom? I don’t want to trespass for my dog to go to the bathroom but there is no small grass patch between a road and a sidewalk anymore this far north.
