Bulk or Cut?
Hi, I'm new to the gym. I've been going for a month and a half and I'd like to know if I should bulk up or cut. I'm 170cm tall and weigh 64kg. I started from a base of 67kg, but I've noticed that I've done a body recomposition program and lost 3kg of fat. My goal isn't to get big, but to be defined and toned. I'm afraid that bulking up will make me too big for my height and cause me to accumulate too much fat. Without the gym, I've always been around 60/62kg and I'd like to get back to that weight, but with more lean mass and less fat mass.
