Hello!

I am a casual plant owner with not a lot of experience. A day ago I noticed that my monstera sprouted a flower! It grew at an angle that made me not notice it in my day to day so I don't know how long it's been there. Is there anything I should do? I googled it and it doesn't look like the photos online so I am worried. Is it normal that it's pinched?

Edit: Turns out it's an Alocasia inflorescence, not a monstera! And completely normal yay!
