Why this time the guide approval mail was sent only 1 day before the panel review? If they sent it one week to 10 days before the review we would have prepared well and gotten better performance, so due to this miscommunication by the course coordinators we had to wait till we had gotten further mails so for the next panel review can the mail be sent atleast 10 days before the actual panel review?

We did our presentation well our faculty was impressed by our content, but she told there is some problem with the presentation and we need to improve it so will I get like 15/20 in total? and also it looks like its a bit of clarity which needs to be improved? What will be the consequences of it? Do we need to show review 2 presentation better if we want good grade?
