Cheating, failed reconciliation, what now?

Two months into our marriage I saw signs of infidelity and deception. A month following these signs she began abusing drugs and having multiple late night meetups and phone calls with a guy from work. About a month following my observations, she admitted to the infidelity. We separated for a few months and she eventually called me to help get her to a treatment facility. She was there for a month and I didn’t hear from her for a while. We ended up meeting and attempted to reconcile. After eight months now, reconciliation has failed miserably. She ended up completely moving out of our apartment while I was away at work without saying a word about it. She also took the vehicle with her.
She’s been very dodgy about telling me where the vehicle is now, the condition its in and blocking me from access to it.
“It’s with me. I need it. It’s community property until the divorce” is the most I got for a couple weeks now.
We financed it together in 2022, got married in 2025, we separated, filled out paperwork together to retitle it in my name and I also refinanced it in my name only. I just found out with the omv that’s it’s unable to be completed without an act of donation from her or a bill of sale from her. So that’s at a standstill. Now, she’s randomly moved out and not communicating with me about it. Like I said, very dodgy and nonresponsive towards my requests for access to the vehicle.
What do I even do here? What are my next steps? Anyone have any experience in dealing with things like this? I could really use some words of encouragement or any advice at all. It’s the weekend so I’m kind of floating in uncertainty until I can speak to someone about all of this on Monday before I leave for work again. TIA.
