Do you think it's fair for Ukraine and other potential future members of the EU to be excluded from discussions over EU legislation that might affect them like DSA or Social media platform bans?

THE GREAT FIGHT TO PROTECT CHILDREN FROM THE EVIL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND THE BILIBILI DILLEMA

Essentially speaking should video platforms like Bilibili and other social media like services which have good mechanisms at protecting children from harms and toxicity of western platforms still be included in the age verification requirement even though they don't actually meet the user quota requirements and threat levels of platforms like YouTube and actually employ many of the good conduct proposed design features along side the narrowed scope of user generated content or actually be excluded on the ground that albeit they use their own methods they still actually ensure the level of safety prescribed by these regulations to be permitted to be accessed by children without any restrictions. Because for me such platforms like Bilibili are the best way to expose whether these regulations are designed to truly force big tech to create safer online communities or are just excuse towards implementing digital ID based surveillance and censorship of outside information. Hence I propose to bringing this issue to these regulators to expose their true agenda. Since everyone can see that Bilibili as far as secure features come should be considered a role model. Many niche platforms and even some "predatory" Gatcha games like Genshin Impact already employ certain safety features by default and claiming these features aren't enough just because they aren't the ones controlled by these governments isn't an excuse to limit access to those services and that's why I think we should use such examples the regulators conveniently pretend don't exist to force them to either abandon the whole agenda or make it more of a democratic process and not just at the whims of these governments and EU commission or Australian e safety regulator.
