I have the XFX Swift AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT and recenlty I noticed that very randomly, when I go to power on, the 'XFX' light will flash (not in any particular rythm) and provide no display out. If I force shutdown and turn it on again right after, it powers on with no issue.

This has also occured when my PC is on but when I've been away from it for a while so screen goes black. Then, when I would move my mouse screen doesn't turn back on.

To add some more detail, I built my PC about a year ago in July 2025. I had no issue until recently. My motherboard is the MSI B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI and my PSU is the be quiet! Pure Power 12 M 650W

What could be causing it? What can I check?
