Queen-Sized Room in Clinton Hill!
Hey fellow New Yorkers! I'm looking for someone to sign a new yearly lease starting 1st of June, for the largest bedroom in a three-bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
Rent is $1,692 a month. There is also a security deposit which is equal to one month of rent.
We are right off the Clinton/Washington A/C stop and close to the G Classon stop, so its really convenient for Manhattan commuters!
The room, it’s a spacious queen-sized (could fit a king, but might be tight) bedroom featuring a large street-facing window with included blinds, parquet flooring, baseboards, crown molding, and some unique wall molding details that give the space a lot of extra character! The room includes a closet and is located in a first-floor unit within a four-story apartment building.
It's radiator-heated in the winter, and the bedroom can fit window AC units during warmer months (bedroom unit not included, we do have a subpar one that you can have but its kinda just a glorified fan). The room also has a separate private hallway entrance with its own door which will make the move-in super easy! The door remains locked from the hallway side and we don't have the key for it, so its not super useful but it adds an extra sense of privacy and separation from the rest of the apartment.
The bathroom is shared and includes a standard tub/shower setup. The kitchen has been updated with newer appliances, including a dishwasher. One of the roommates has a microwave that we share and we're leaving behind an air fryer as well. The living room is furnished but the room will not be! We also have an in-unit washer and dryer that’s included with the rent! No pesky monthly fees to wash clothes :)
You’ll be living with two mid 20-something men: Michael and Brendan. They are both wonderful and kind people with great senses of humor (they both love comedy and are part of comedy groups). Super respectful and open individuals with great communication skills. My partner and I have loved living with them and never had any issues; we are sad to be leaving the area but must do so because I am going to grad school in Westchester and I need to be somewhere closer to campus.

“Hello I’m Michael! I work 9-6pm on Mon-Fri so I’m usually leaving at 8am and getting back around 9:30pm. On weekends I’m also pretty busy, so the apartment should be pretty quiet most of the time! I don’t have any pets. I do have a girlfriend who occasionally comes by. I mostly keep to my room, but I’m a pretty social person!”
