Stuck on “on hold” for a week after failed deliver attempt
So everything with moving fast until a delivery was attempted on last Monday (11th of may) claimed that they didn’t find me even though I was at home. It is still on hold since that time. I called DHL twice, they told me that they looking into it and they will call back but I didn’t hear from them. The shipment is a MacBook.
Is this normal? Is there something else I could do?
