Er enghraifft, weithiau na i ddefnyddio geiriau o'r De a'r Gogledd yn yr un brawddeg, neu ddweud 'be' neu 'dach' yn lle 'beth' neu 'dych'.

I broke the screen on my pixel 6a recently, and after seeing the prices to repair it either myself, or professionally, I've decided it's probably worth it to just get a new phone, as my 6a was unfortunately showing its old age (dull responsiveness, poor battery life, frequent visual glitches etc.).
My question is, would I be able to complete a device transfer whilst the screen is damaged (i.e. no display at all), from the broken phone, to the newer one? I'm aware that the usual way of doing so involves scanning a QR code with the older phone, so you ideally need a working screen.
Finally got my first 5K! Though I think I pushed myself far too hard because the stomach ache I got post run was terrible!
Am I getting this pain because of overexertion, or another factor? I ate about an hour before this run and had coffee that morning- all contributing factors from what I've heard.
Is it maybe a better idea to slow my pace significantly until I can comfortably run 5K with no issues?
