Sore lower back after riding for 10 minutes

I recently got a road bike, and I get a sore lower back after riding it for 10-15 minutes. I then feel the need to stand up and get my lower back into extension.

I've been trying to adjust a few things:

  • Saddle (height, angle, forward/backward position)
  • Longer stem (went from 85 to 105mm)
  • Handlebars (rotated a bit more down)

Now I'm thinking about flipping the stem or maybe raising it.

Some info on me and the bike:

  • Height: 183 cm
  • Weight ~75 kg
  • Bike size: 56 (I believe - previous owner didn't know)
  • Otherwise no lower back issues
  • Pretty flexible lower back / hamstrings (I can get my hands to the floor with straight legs)

Any advice would be appreciated!
