Sore lower back after riding for 10 minutes
I recently got a road bike, and I get a sore lower back after riding it for 10-15 minutes. I then feel the need to stand up and get my lower back into extension.
I've been trying to adjust a few things:
- Saddle (height, angle, forward/backward position)
- Longer stem (went from 85 to 105mm)
- Handlebars (rotated a bit more down)
Now I'm thinking about flipping the stem or maybe raising it.
Some info on me and the bike:
- Height: 183 cm
- Weight ~75 kg
- Bike size: 56 (I believe - previous owner didn't know)
- Otherwise no lower back issues
- Pretty flexible lower back / hamstrings (I can get my hands to the floor with straight legs)
Any advice would be appreciated!
