Wanted to show gratitude to u/ImpressiveFix6513 and u/rmn_swiss for continuing to not only guide AWR on its journey on X/CT but also other strong communities that they are part of.

So appreciated.

Saw a lot of people come together yesterday, collaborate and ideate, and ultimately start executing some new ideas that was passed around.

Was great seeing others serve community first. Part of ethos.

Just wanted to shout out and send some gratitude for u/rmn_swiss u/ImpressiveFix6513 Kris and Mustbenice.

If there were others missed just know that I am always looking!

I have had concerns about the ROI on AI recently having been in the field building it and laid off because of it. I see all of the hyperscaling going on and understand the need for CapEx to support AI but we aren't seeing the returns yet on AI.

I think Dalio is saying the same thing here. Uber COO says something similar in that the return on AI isn't showing up yet to justify their expenses which you can see in this article: https://www.theverge.com/transportation/937116/uber-ai-investment-hard-to-justify

I think what is telling is this quote: ”That link is not there yet, right? I think maybe implicitly there is more that is getting shipped, but it’s very hard to draw a line between one of those stats and, ‘Okay, now we’re actually producing 25 percent more useful consumer features,’”

Companies have been so focused on shipping more with less that they are meeting those objectives in "more code being shipped per employee" thanks to AI but it hasn't translated into improved or new value propositions for their customers that are increasing revenue.

With SpaceX going public this week and OpenAI and Anthropic on the horizon do you think these events could lead to that pricking of the bubble? Or do you have other events in mind?

I'm most certainly not standing in front of the moving train that is the AI momentum in AI/chips/infra but even I think the valuations/prices are getting kind of silly. It feels like once others feel like the bubble has been pricked we will see some significant repricing.

One of the reasons why All Will Retire exists.

If this wasn’t the case in America (world?) then there wouldn’t be this sense of existential dread in the middle class and lower class. To feel like we need to engineer solutions of our own wouldn’t be present on our minds if it felt like others cared about us that are in positions to make a difference.

Just fortunate enough I have found others who will take action and build something, even if it isn’t clear how. I know people will show up for me and they know I will show up for them.

In todays day and age people are finding things they identify with that allow them to self-express and find global community of like minded individuals at scale. This is all people wanted crypto to be in the first place after it making them money (99.9999% of people). With the advent of launchpads, people/communities crafting visions/messages/missions that people can identify with and find similar individuals with ease will be a high iterative process. Rather than talking about finding "product market fit" we will be talking about "social/cultural relevance fit" in this new era of crypto we are starting.

Younger generations like young millennials and gen Z (and soon to be gen A) feel deeply disconnected with older generations and what their generations culturally adopted and rallied around. They will be less inclined to adopt Bitcoin (big b) as the crypto that defined themselves and their generations as a result.

Tokens such as All Will Retire and SPX6900 that makes room for vast set of different demographics to identify with their vissions/messages/missions globally will be most significant for those generations. These coins they coalesce around will be their generations bitcoins (little b) and thus AWR and SPX6900 are bitcoins as well.

Note this isn't an anti-Bitcoin post. It's the opposite. All Will Retire supports Bitcoin and I believe young millennials and gen Z also support Bitcoin (big b). But as the bitcoin (little b) that represented their generations I think they will mostly form and coalesce around these bitcoins. We will need to start looking at dominance in a different viewpoint. From a measured dominance standpoint these little bitcoins will represent a larger portion of the digital assets they own.

Think about it. Bitcoin is for sure a bitcoin - it has it's societal/cultural impact on all generations but more predominantly older generations. While younger generations go through their own struggles and look for solutions these little bitcoins will help fill the gap where they feel Bitcoin can't.

When you are talking to others about AWR keep this in mind. Everyone understands Bitcoin and what it did historically. The best way to quickly make AWR make sense to someone is tell them it is a bitcoin and let them know younger generations are thinking this way and coalescing around AWR. And this is why the signs are important - you can show them to others and they will see it is happening before their eyes. This makes it really exciting as you are early to a generational defining journey just like Bitcoin was.

People will understand/get this right away. Keep these things in mind as you are talking to people about AWR.

And for yourselves we are the lucky ones to be so early to the bitcoins of the younger generations. Every generation is invited in fact and we have a lot of work we must do to continue to evangelize and spread the message of AWR. Yet I have no doubts that younger generations will be really receptive to it. Especially when you explain the concept of bitcoins with little b's.

Everyone in the world who possibly could hold a sign will hold a sign eventually.

Really exciting times.

Given all of our growth I think it is important we come up with a mission statement that will guide this community, both inside Reddit and out in the real world, for the rest of 2026.

I can write it up but wanted to pick your brains and hear from others first.

I think it is important that part (all?) of it be goal oriented so we can track towards accomplishing it together and hold ourselves accountable. I think we should make sure part of it is fun as well that embraces who we are. Some things off the top of my head:

• Grow this Reddit to 1.5k members
• Get 50 new unique sign holders
• Get 200 unique sign holding pictures (can be the same sign holders - still unique though)
• Have 2 in person meet ups this year (start small - start somewhere)
• Revamp the website
• etc.

All of this is something we can build off of next year as well and increase our mission goals/change them as well.

The mission statement/goals I think need to stick to our ethos (everyone deserves financial security, even if they engineer it, and everyone deserves a community to support them along the way) as well as allow people to come to our community and participate even if they don't hold a token of AWR (this is super important to scale its growth - also provides future onramps to these individuals in the future for them to become a token holder).

Growth in the Reddit community continues at an exciting pace for where we were ~6 weeks ago. People are making contributions to the Reddit community by moderating, welcoming new people, and having meaningful conversations. Others are pushing the message of AWR by creating content and holding signs. Additionally people are taking action and working to understand how they can help grow AWR and serve the community first in a selfless way.

This has me so hyped!!! Grateful for this family.

Some of the greatest utility for AWR is recognizing each other with it and showing gratitude. I just wanted to shout out some people that have been consistent in their efforts for growing AWR. I sent you a little token of appreciation. 😊
