I’m almost 18, and my mom made me a youth checking account because Ive got a chunk of money for a car, but I have zero way to touch that money in the account. I can look at the amount if I go into transfer, but I can’t move money over. I can’t touch anything either, it all yells at me cause I’m not 18. I reached out to customer service, and they said my mom should be able to let me see the account by using parental controls, but either I’m blind as shit, or parental controls is a myth. So, do I just have to wait 2 months for my birthday, get my mom to move the money to a different app, or is there any way for me to have access to it.
