For my missing malachite bros

Tried to dig a bit deeper into what’s actually going on by messaging support. After 1 or 2 emails back and forth, this is the most info I think we’re getting.

TL;DR sounds like window 1 and window 2 have their own respective queues that run in parallel. Maybe BS but can’t do much more at this point!

Dear OP,
Thank you very much for your reply. We deeply appreciate your continued patience and the opportunity to provide further clarification regarding our fulfillment process.
To help clarify how our system operates, Window 1 and Window 2 were established solely to ensure fair purchasing access for our valued customers across different global time zones.
When it comes to physical fulfillment, all shipments are processed strictly according to the Invoice Queue number. Because this queue integrates the precise placement time of every order across both windows, dispatch dates between Window 1 and Window 2 can naturally overlap depending on where an individual order falls within that sequence.
Please rest assured that your timepiece is actively moving through this queue and is currently undergoing our rigorous final quality inspection. The moment your package is safely dispatched, an automated email containing your tracking details will be sent directly to you.
We truly understand your eagerness to receive your watch, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration or anxiety this waiting period may have caused.
We deeply appreciate your kind understanding and patience as our team works dedicatedly to ensure all customers receive their watches as early as possible.
If you would like to cancel your order, please kindly refer to our cancellation policy before proceeding.
何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。
With kindest regards, Your Kurono Team

New (to me) Ingenieur

Just purchased this 2025 Ingenieur after some toing and froing on next watch purchase and I feel very confident that the right choice was made! Managed to pick it up at a great price, albeit missing the original papers. Verified and registered with IWC.

A good day!

Ingenieur size check

Hi all, I’m currently in the market for a new watch and quite tempted by the Ingenieur. What do you guys reckon between the 35mm and 40mm? Ignore colours, for now.

I have my thoughts but would like to hear what people think first!

Thank you.
