NZ Corned Beef

Greetings from, Canada.

I've heard from a few sources that New Zealand's corned beef game is some of the best in the world. Just recently, a can of "Palm" brand coned beef hash appeared on the grocery shelves here in Canada. I was just wondering if this is typical, or the "export grade" stuff you send the rest of the world while keeping the good stuff for your own. (Like Canada send 'crown royal' rye out and keeps the 40 creek for ourselves)

In addition, what do you typically do with yours? Slice it up and fry it? shred it and make a mixed sandwich filling? Something even better?

Send cut send

Is there a Canadian alternative to Send Cut Send?

If you don't know Send cut send is a fast turnaround, low part count machining service. The sort of place where you can design a part that you need made out of sheet metal or a solid block, upload the design to them, and they will make the part for you and ship it out.

It fills a gap between the smaller local machine shops (who take time to set up every process and costs a fair bit for low volume) , and the industrial manufacturing shops (who want you to order thousands of the same part before they'll talk to you)

Canadian made Fluoride toothpaste.

I've seen some recommendations for Canadian toothpaste before, but the ones I have been able to find all cater to the "no fluoride" crowd. I'm on well water, so don't get any from the tap, so I want a fluoride toothpaste that is Canadian made, and not strongly flavoured.

Anyone have any recommendations?
