16k rent and 50k deposit at Sattva Misty Charms
I already stay here, and will have to move out since lease is over and my roommate is moving out. Trying to get a female flatmate so that I can stay here. Move in date - October 1. We'll have to rent basic furniture as the current furniture will go. There's a nice big balcony with hangers too. Its on the 11th floor.
We each get a room and our own personal washroom with geyser. We also a water purifier. Rest we gotta rent or buy.
We can gym, swimming pool, club house, 40rs-50rs for metro station auto, etc. It is close to Vajrahalli metro station, 20 minutes fro. Majestic.

Its a really nice, clean and well maintained 2bhk. And the society is a big bonus. Rents will be 16k and 15k. Person with personal washroom pays 1k extra thasall. Rifht now owner charges 30k, but it kight increase by 1k-2k.
