Guys I thought they were only using your prereq gpa and teas score for the appliation process not overall gpa. I ust used the application and it said:
The Traditional Track is designed for students who seek employment in the field of nursing and who may decide to continue with the Valencia College RN – B.S.N. (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) program, or any other Florida public university/state college to complete a four-year bachelor’s degree in nursing through an RN to B.S.N. program. Applicants must be in good academic standing, have a minimum TEAS score of 78, and maintain a 3.0 prerequisite GPA.
NOTE: Transfer students with completed coursework at Valencia College also need to have a minimum Institutional/Valencia GPA of 2.0 at the time of applying (in addition to the minimum overall college GPA of 3.0).
Do you have an overall/cumulative college GPA of 3.0.? (2.9 does NOT round up to 3.0)
So if im transfer and dont have a 3.0 I cant get in or did they not update the application properly?
