How do you make your tech decisions?
I have acted like something like a fractional Chief Technology Officer for a small business for a while. They rely heavily on their interactive website for lead generation but aren't big enough to have someone in house to look after it end-to-end.
I know there are plenty of offers for office IT and the like for small businesses but how do you handle tech beyond keeping your desktop computers and email running?
I'm wondering how small businesses automate processes or figure out how to leverage AI when they do not have the capacity to hire in-house advisers.
Is there a market for what I'm doing for a single client or are they just a fluke?
