In an attempt to distill the often mystical wisdom of the desert fathers, I created a shorts channel to make this knowledge accessible

This was my first video, with a story from Byzantine Monk John Moschos' 'The Spiritual Meadow', written in the late sixth to early seventh century. My intention is to give the channel a 'neither Catholic or Orthodox' flavour, as to be accessible to any person interested in Christian monasticism or historical Christianity. I do hope this video provides you with some spiritual nourishment. Blessings
