How will Messi perform in this World Cup?

I don’t think anyone expects prime 2012 messi anymore, but writing him off before a world cup has always been dangerous. What makes Messi scary now isn’t explosiveness, it’s control. He walks through games, studies the tempo, then suddenly decides the match with one pass nobody else even sees.

Argentina also feels different now compared to past eras. The squad no longer depends entirely on him carrying every attack alone. That actually helps messi more at this stage of his career. He can pick moments instead of forcing them for 90 minutes.

Will he dominate every game? Probably not. But in tournament football, one magical moment changes everything. A free kick, a through ball, a slow dribble that breaks a defensive line that’s still there.

And honestly, nobody wants to face messi in a knockout match. Even at 39.

It’s clearly unfair to make a minor figure like Arbeloa take the fall for Real Madrid’s trophyless season

The mess at Real Madrid is obviously down to the old president’s indecision, his “wanting it all and taking chances” mindset. He thought “Little Bear” could become the next Benzema, but the truth is, he’s always been a dud!

The old president just doesn’t understand Brazilians.

Personally, I believe Mbappé’s words. He’s extremely selfish, but he wouldn’t lie he’s too protective of his own reputation.

How much Arbeloa “loves” Vinícius is exactly how much he hates Mbappé. And you can see it in his eyes: he’s just an insecure little man. He’s already on his way out, yet he still has to insult his own players one last time. That’s just low. He’s not even fit to tie Ancelotti’s shoelaces.
