Ceramic top teeth , metal bottom.
I’m torn bc I’ll be getting 6 ceramic braces on my top front 6 teeth and the rest metal. I have small teeth so I’m concerned. Also I love curry, Thai and Indian cuisine. I love berries etc etc. I know ceramic doesn’t stain but the elastics attached do. Do any of you have regrets bc of your love of “foods that stain”?! I’m transitioning from Invisilign to Braces June 1st. So I’m torn
