I added extra lights to the back so that I can show people in turning and because the car is low it's also better visibility and I also added indicator repeater lamps to the side of the headlight bucket, just got to tidy the wires up and tuck them away safe

When i got the second hand engine, it came from an chevy pickup, when I placed it in the minx, I didnt realise how close the oil pan was to the floor, turns out it had an extended sump, so I was like, well this isn't good for our shitty British roads with all the pot holes and speed bumps, so I did some research and managed to find a sump low profile and suitable for a high flow oil pump and it worked nicely even more so when I upgraded the front suspension to adjustable coilovers #theminxproject

This is the first time ive actually drove the car since ive had it, so a few boxes got ticked on Saturday

The blue minx is not the exact same car but similar to what my minx used to look like, I can't take the credit for the vision of the two people who started this creation, but I will take credit for the resurrection and mechanical side of it all and a few other bits

Its a 1933 hillman minx but heavily modified from its original state, if you recognise the car, I have been here before, I left reddit a while ago to concentrate on other stuff but im back
