Curious if it is possible.

TLDR So there is one person that spams homophobic, racist against Africans, pro slavery, anti Trump messages, sexist against women named DonnyIncel or something. I have blocked his accounts around 20 times and it is annoying to say the least. Unsure why he keeps making accounts to bother me. Apparently he thinks I am a karen, bitch and stupid for not having the same stances he does. He is on the NA server, do not get into an argument with him or he will message you every other week.
