Soundcore NEVER again!

So I bought two Soundcore x20 last Christmas, one for myself and one for my girlfriend. She opened the box, got supper excited, went to test it only to find out that one of the headphones did not reproduce audio. It responded to button commands, connected to phone, but no audio. I was pretty disappointed, it was Christmas after all, but I figured shit happens.

I contacted Soundcore, they offered me 80% refund, I refused it and told them to give me a full refund, as it is my right. But they made it difficult, it took a month back and forth to get the money back into my account.

A month goes by, my headphone gives out, same issue, one headphone wouldn't reproduce audio. I contacted them, went through the same shit, got my money back.

But because of the quality of the sound and fit (I use it to go running and gym), I figure let's give it another try, no way this can happened again. So I went and bought two more pairs, one for me, one for the girlfriend. Yesterday mine stopped again, same issue, no audio on one of the ears. Learn from my mistake and stay away.

TL;DR: Bought 4 pairs of Soundcore X20s since Christmas. 3 out of the 4 have now suffered the exact same issue of one earbud losing audio entirely (my girlfriend's second pair is the only one still surviving). Love the fit, but the quality control is non-existent. Learn from my mistake and stay away.
