Does Yarrick’s ‘Decisive Command’, from the Hero of Hades Hive ability, work while he’s embarked in a transport? More specifically, embarked within a chimera which allows an officer model inside the transport to issue orders? I don’t see any limitations of Yarrick needing to be on the battlefield but I want to clarify with any rules experts in case I missed something.
