Best way to get a job with little to no experience?
I've been applying to places like Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, and Walmart to be a cashier or work in their warehouse with just rejections. Any tips to actually get a job like those ones? Where should I apply? What are some sites and apps that would be good to use?

realtor wants me to post ads on the facebook marketplace
So I posted my application on an app called JobGet a year ago, and a guy texted yesterday saying he wanted me to post ads on Facebook Marketplace. He’d pay me $1500 every 2 weeks for posting 10 houses. I’m just looking for clarification on whether it’s a scam or not.
Edit: Thanks for the clarification, everyone! Luckily, the first house I posted wasn't even officially posted since I needed to verify my new Facebook account with my ID
