The Team: Venti, Durin, Nicole

If I have R1 Venti, R1 Durin, C2 Nicole, which is better?
If I have C2R1 Venti, R1 Durin, C2 Nicole, which is better?
Edit: Assume both Prune and Faruzan only have their best 4 star weapons.
So, I want to build a main DPS Columbina. The issue is I'm not sure how I'm going to vertically invest on her. Should I go c2 columbina or c2 lauma? Columbina's cons gives her built in interruption resistance and more dmg, but Lauma's cons give healing to open up the 4th slot for non-healers too + her c2 is busted.
Another issue is that, while it does free up space, I don't really know who to put. I don't have nahida, baizhu nor nilou. My only dendro characters are tightnari, c2 collei and c2 yaoyao. For the record, I don't plan on pulling for the three that I mentioned that I don't have due to limited budget.
Current team btw: Lauma, Columbina, Sucrose, YaoYao
How I imagine my final team:
C2 Lauma, R1 Columbina, Sucrose, (Unknown 4th slot)
or
Lauma, C2R1 Columbina, Sucrose, YaoYao
So, to summarize my questions:
Should I go for c2 lauma or c2 columbina?
If I do go for c2 lauma, who will be the 4th slot?
Is interruption resistance important for Columbina?
Does c2 Lauma give more damage than c2 columbina?
Edit: You're not restricted to yaoyao and collei btw. I do have most of the 4 stars, and have a decent amount of 5 stars. Just that, I don't have the best 4th slot for columbina.
