My toddler cries when we put her in the carseat. She will cry for the entire ride. She will only stop when my wife holds her hand during the car ride. Since we also have an infant in the other carseat, my wife can't sit next to our toddler for comfort. She has to twist around in the seat to reach our daughter, which get uncomfortable quick.
No other toys or objects have kept our daughter from crying. Has anyone experienced this and might have a solution?
EDIT: We've tried making a Playlist, letting her watch videos on a phone, and providing her favorite items to play with. She ignores these after a few minutes and begins to cry again.
