Hello, what is the weather like in Taipei during this month? Is there another easier route to see scenic views from Elephant mountain that is senior-friendly? Thanks!

Staying in a condo in Makati pero ang daming ipis na maliit kahit na regular naman ang paglinis sa room & spray ng insecticide. Is it usual sa mga condos? What are your tips para mawala sila?
