Buddhism in other countries

Buddhism is all about peace and self-respect in india, thanks to dalits who are torch bearers of Buddha's teachings.

But, what are your thoughts on buddhism's role in the displacement of rohingya in Burma, killings of tamil in Sri lanka, and place in serfdom in Tibet?

(P.S. There are many good examples of buddhism in other countries too.)

Buddists of twitter

Have you come across these specimens on Twitter or other social media.

They are pro buddist, anti hindu, anti brahminism, but abuse dalits. They use tags like conservative and mahayana buddhism.

They hate people who *actually* worked and improved conditions of dalits.

Could someone shine light on what I am missing here? Have you come across people like these in real life(I have once)?
