My aunt gave me this cutting from her plant that she had, I believe it was a Raven ZZ but I’m not entirely certain. What would be the best method of propagating? Should I pluck the leaves off the stem?

Hello! Is there any way to revive this corn plant?

It’s been regrowing leaves from the single area but I was curious if there was a way to get another bud started lower on the stem.

I water every time the soil gets completely dry and it’s on a porch protecting by awnings so it’s getting a lot of indirect light. Would a grow light help at all?
