Air Europa vs Iberia for short flight?

I’m considering between Air Europa and Iberia for flights between Madrid and Lisbon/Porto (1h15m). Air Europa costs half the price of Iberia. Should I choose Air Europa?

Given the flight duration, I don’t care about in-flight service. My main concern is not losing my checked baggage and experiencing significant delay (both flight and baggage). From what I read, both airlines seem to experience baggage loss/delay often, and neither seems better than the other in this respect, even though Iberia seems to be a superior airline overall.

Reliable property management company for expat/overseas landlords?

I live outside Vietnam, but own an apartment in Hanoi. I have been involved in disputes with my existing property management company, so I am considering ending my business with them.

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy property management company in Hanoi that is experienced in working with expat/overseas owners?

Same-day self-transfer from Lisbon to Madrid for long-haul flight too risky?

I am booking a flight from Lisbon to Madrid to connect with a self-transfer flight to Asia on a different airline. I have already booked the Madrid to Asia flight, which departs at 22:30.

Which of these options would be better ?

Option A:

I can take a Lisbon-Madrid flight at 1230-1455 on Iberia on the same day. This would give me 7+ hours at the airport - more than enough time for self-transfer if the first flight goes smoothly, but I don't know how reliable Iberia flights are.

Option B:

Alternatively, I can fly into Madrid a day earlier. (I have been to Madrid, so no strong desire to revisit, but also wouldn't mind.) The benefit is avoiding any risks of the Lisbon-Madrid flight being significantly delayed or cancelled. But going from the airport to the city, then returning to the airport the next day seem a bit of a hassle for just one day in the city.
