I want to have a 1.5% to 2% listing commission and a 1.5% to 2% buyers commission - on a 500k house that will sell in a week or so once on the market - what is the best approach or any suggestions

I almost threw up listening to him tell everyone he pulls Beth’s tampons out when she forgets and shoves a couple up there and forgets there is already one or two in there already / No wonder why he won’t go down on her / yet they can’t poop in the same wing of Pelican manor .
