What are we allowed to say when listings lie?

If you receive an item that is not as described, in my case not made from the materials it's claimed to be made from, are there any restrictions on how you call that out in your review? Do I need to say "I don't THINK it's made from the material claimed" rather than just asserting that it isn't, even if I 100% know for sure?

I'm pretty sure I saw someone mention in a thread here once that you're not really allowed to say in your review that an item is definitively not the material it's claimed to be (since you could be wrong), and that if you do the seller can flag your review and have it removed. Is that accurate? (I'm pretty sure the item in question was a piece of jewelry with fake gemstones that were claimed to be real.)

I really only leave bad reviews when they're very well deserved, and frankly I don't want the seller to be able to get rid of my bad review. 😂
