Acabei de ler agora há pouco, e queria despejar algumas opiniões aqui.

Achei o livro cheio de ideias interessantes: os elementos da religiosidade católica popular, a cultura do "milagreiro", os mistérios familiares que assombram o presente dos personagens.

O problema é que não achei que essas idéias se articularam num todo coeso e bem desenvolvido.

O roteiro é bom, mas fiquei com a sensação de que estava lendo um resumo, ao invés de uma história se desenrolando.

As descrições dos personagens são super corridas, rascunhadas mesmo. O suspense não tem tempo de crescer.

Enfim, fiquei com a sensação de que a autora criou um ótimo argumento, digno de um romance, mas não teve paciência de transformar ele em romance.

Alongside him, Hajizadeh was a big advocate of Iran's drone program, and oversaw the development and mass production of the Shahed.

Together, they pushed for the construction of missile and drone cities, despite the massive costs and technical challenges.

Just the brilliance to craft such a novel, untested and well thought out strategy.

2. the smart decision to shut off the Internet, making it possible to track down the Starlink signals and kill infiltration cells

3. the political decision to decentralize defense.

In 5 days, US bases in the Gulf were gone, Hormuz was closed and they had no answer.
