Nursing research freeloader group,ages
I want to rant about my groupmates, especially these two girls in our Nursing Research subject.
At first, we didn’t even have a leader in our research group. One girl asked our research adviser about it, and Ma’am told her to become the leader, but she refused. Since nobody wanted to take responsibility, our chapter wasn’t getting done. So I made Chapter 1 by myself and showed it to Ma’am. They didn’t even say “thank you” even though I’m always the one sending our research to Ma’am for checking. When Ma’am praised our group, they were all happy like “gurlll,” but they didn’t even help me. Our classmates already made a GC, and I voluntarily became the group leader because I knew none of them wanted the responsibility. They just didn’t want to carry the task. I believe that if you’re going to be a nurse, you should know how to lead. Then in Chapter 2, I basically did everything again by myself. None of them even asked about the progress of our research. They had no initiative at all. I asked them to give me RRLs for Chapter 2, but when they submitted them, I could already tell they were copied from ChatGPT. So in the end, I still edited and fixed everything from Chapters 1 to 2. The worst part is that whenever I ask for help, they submit things late, usually the next morning. Honestly, I wish our research was individual because my groupmates are such freeloaders. Now for Chapter 3, I distributed the tasks fairly. But when I submitted it to Ma’am for checking, she said some parts were wrong. The parts they made were incorrect because they didn’t even know how to do them. Like girl… didn’t they even have a research subject in senior high school? So again, I edited and fixed Chapter 3 myself. I already sent Chapters 1 to 3 in the GC and informed them that we’ll have our mock defense next Friday so they could prepare. But these two girls just reacted with a heart and broken heart emoji, then left me on seen. I was already boiling with anger because they were also throwing shade at me. They reacted with broken heart and hahaha emojis, and my other groupmates even joined in with laughing emojis too. Like girl, what’s funny when you’re literally useless as a groupmate? At this point, I’m seriously going to give them zero in the evaluation because they barely contributed anything. I’ll just send them a Canva file so they can edit their own parts themselves. Honestly, they made me feel like a maid for this research while they get to relax and make research easy for themselves. How to deal this useless group mates.
