If this is actually true we are so dead man😰

Just saw this post and many other reels referring to this professor claiming a 8.5 magnitude earthquake soon! 8.5 is no joke, it can devastate the entire northeast area, I can’t imagine the fatalities that’s gonna happen due to poor infrastructure. It will literally destroy a city like Guwahati.

This post gave me anxiety all of a sudden lol.

What are you guys going to do if this actually happens and drop down some survival tips.

Shouldn't option 3 be correct?

So according to om sir sulphur is larger than Beryllium which is absolutely false because it is indeed smaller which is mentioned in NCERT as well so Option 3) should be right.

Is this graph correct?

Kinda confusing, according to Saleem sir the graph would be read right-to-left.

Therefore shouldn’t the graph be a downward facing parabola instead of an upward facing one like in the second picture?

Should I give tests if I have backlogs?

I decided to give a proper 720 marks test for the first time in 11th grade. I have almost an entire chapter backlog in zoology, and a few lectures in IOC due to which I was unable to do almost half of the questions in zoology and ioc which means I lost like 160 marks.

I know I have the potential to reach 650/660+ marks in tests but I am stuck due to backlogs.

I have been stuck in this backlog trap for almost 2 months.

I am kinda sad and demotivated after seeing this because no matter what I do I can’t clear these backlogs.

Significantly low arm endurance as compared to their strength

So Its almost about to be a month of me doing calisthenics. One thing I have noticed is that my arms, specifically my triceps and shoulders have low endurance as compared to the strength they have.

I start struggling when I reach around the 5-6 rep mark when doing normal pushups( I do it using perfect form btw) and hit my max at around 10-11 reps, the first few reps for me are really easy and smooth but they fatigue as soon as I reach the halfway mark. I have been doing the “Grease the Groove” method for almost a week but i don’t really think it made any significant difference in my max pushup reps.

Its really weird because I can easily do 2-3 reps of decline push-ups,archers and diamond pushups and also a kinda shit formed single arm pushup on my right arm before I can’t do anymore due to fatigue.

This also affects the exercises which I need to raise myself off the ground like planks and side planks, pretty funny because my arms get tired first before my abs do in a literal abs exercise😂.

Someone please guide me on how I can fix this. I am really frustrated about this, and sorry if I ranted a bit too much.

I am unable to sleep before 4-5 AM.

[16M] So, all of this started about 1 or 2 weeks ago when the world cup was going on. I pulled an all nighter and stayed up till like 6:00AM watching matches. Ever since then I have been unable to fall asleep before 4 AM.

I lie on my bed at around 12AM but I end up tossing and turning around all night until I fall asleep in the morning.

How can I fix this as soon as possible because I have to go to school in a few weeks and that's going to be a big problem.
