Hello.

Rahamu says: Once, while this Link Summoned card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon 1 Level 5 or higher monster without Tributing.

The egipcian gods say: Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set).

Which one prevails? Can I "Free" summon Slifer/Obelisk/Ra if Rahamu is live or is the REQUIRE condition stronger?

Extra point: Ra Sphere mode, since its text is different, same question.

Sorry about the probably obvious question, but I cannot find the priority.
