Buying from a dealer.

I've noticed how annoying it is to communicate with a dealership in the UK when trying to buy a bike. Their zero replies to emails, texts, and phone calls are now beyond frustrating and appear to be totally disrespectful. The majority of riders don't live anywhere near a bike shop so calling in person without putting a few things in place is a must before travelling across the country.

Dealerships are constantly complaining that the industry is dying, but they don't know why. Try communicating with new and potential customers.
