So I have to do to do 'Emotional Intelligence ' training in an hour.

Apparently things like expressing empathy properly, eye contact, etc. At least that is what the coworkers who took it this morning said.

Help me come up with things to point out during the meeting.

I already plan to ask what they advise if you are neurodivergent and prolonged eye contact is deeply uncomfortable.

Please supply more ideas.

UPDATE:

It actually went pretty well. Apparently there are more neurodivergent people in my organization than I thought because we halfway derailed things.

Other coworkers agreed with the points I was making and organizers actually rolled with it because they preferred us actually engaged and discussing than sitting silently.

It was pretty interesting actually. We all kind of spent time workshopping solutions to emotional intelligence issues that can't be helped or how to handle a client getting upset because they read you wrong.
