Kindle oasis 10th gen vs kindle matcha paperwhite

My aunt recently gave me her kindle oasis 10th gen as she had no use of it. This is my first time using a kindle/e-reader. I was kind of disappointed with the battery life as I was under the impression that kindles last weeks one one charge but I have since learned that apparently its normal for the oasis to have a worse battery life due to its premium features and also with it being an older generation. My kindle last about a day with constant reading which I have learned is apparently normal for its model.

I enjoy the buttons and the screen but im not too picky with those sort of things and was wondering weather I should sell it and buy a newer paper white kindle like the matcha paper white for longer battery life. I could still get around 200-300$(aud) and thats the cost for a new kindle paper white.

any advice or any other e-reader suggestions and recommendations?

Im really passionate about becoming a sonographer, especially pediatrics. It’s a career I genuinely see myself doing long-term. I’m not going into it just for the money, Im trying to evaluate all aspects of this career before choosing.

Recently I’ve been seeing a lot of people say that sonography can be physically demanding, especially on the shoulders, wrists, and back. I’m quite petite, and it’s started to make me anxious that I might be more prone to injury or struggle physically in the role.

I don’t currently have any pain or health issues. This is more of a fear of what could happen. I’m trying to be realistic and think long-term, but at the same time I don’t want to give up on my dream due to a physical limitation.

I’ve been looking into ways to prevent injury (like ergonomics, strengthening, etc.), but I still feel unsure.

Has anyone here gone into sonography with similar concerns?
Does being smaller actually make a big difference in practice?
