Trying to find F friends.

I've been trying to be friends with women, however in the 20s people already have their groups or bffs sorted hence it's like everybody got somebody they will rather go with.

I've tried befriending women particularly because I also wanna experience those movie types ride or die girlfriends but whenever asked to go out most ditch the plans at last min or prefer going out with their known friends.
